What is PSYCH-K®?
PSYCH-K® works at the level of the subconscious mind — where your actual operating system lives. Not your intentions, not your insight, not the version of yourself you present to the world. The one running underneath all of that.

What do I want?
PSYCH-K® is a process developed by Robert Williams in the late 1980s, informed by neuroscience, kinesiology, and the study of how the brain forms and holds belief. It uses whole-brain integration techniques — including muscle testing — to identify beliefs held in the subconscious and replace them with ones you actually choose.
It's not therapy. It's not coaching. It's not positive thinking. It's a direct communication with the part of you that doesn't respond to logic — because it was formed long before you had any.

If we think about all that is governed by our subconscious, much of it is helpful. For instance, we don’t have to consciously choose to breathe. We don’t need to think about digesting our lunch or decide to fight off sickness in winter. Consider for a moment the last time you had to put much thought into a task you do regularly such as driving or walking; how much thought do you put into the amount acceleration to use around a corner? Do you have to think hard about your technique as you walk downstairs? Probably not! That’s your beneficial autopilot.
On the flip side, this also means that a lot of the time we don’t choose how we show up in a stressful situation. Maybe we fight with a spouse and say things we wouldn’t usually say. Or perhaps there is a trigger that no matter what you do, it stays charged. Maybe there is a work or family dynamic that always brings out the worst in you and you can’t control it.
This is normal. I repeat, this is normal!
This is your subconscious programming at play - it’s keeping you stuck because some parts your autopilot is outdated.

What Happens During a Session?
1. We talk about what's not working
Not a full history, not a deep excavation. Just an honest look at the pattern, the feeling, or the area of life that keeps resisting what you consciously strive for.
2. We identify what's underneath
Through conversation, identify what is at the core of what’s going on. Then, using muscle testing — a form of biofeedback — we confirm the specific beliefs the subconscious is holding. Sometimes these surprise people. Sometimes, they’re exactly what you’d expect.
3. We change them
Through a series of postures and processes that create a whole-brain state, we install the new belief — one you've consciously chosen. This isn't visualisation or repetition. It's a neurological shift. It creates real potential for real change.
4. You leave different
Not fixed. Not cured. But measurably different in how your body and mind hold that belief. Most people notice changes in the days and weeks that follow — in how they respond, what feels possible, what stops taking effort. The caveat is that to see the results, you have to do the work alongside what we do in session.
a note on honesty ~
I won't tell you PSYCH-K® is magic, or that one session changes everything, or that it works for everyone in the same way. What I can tell you is that I came to this work through genuine curiosity — and through hard things. Life has given me plenty of material to move through, and I've put in the work. A lot of self-assessment. A lot of sitting with uncomfortable questions. Learning to observe my own thinking rather than just live inside it. Developing the ability and willingness to put my ego aside long enough to actually see what's there. PSYCH-K® is part of what made that possible. Not because it gave me answers, but because it helped me change the beliefs that were making the questions harder than they needed to be. I'll always be straight with you about what I think is realistic for your situation. This not a disclaimer — it's just how I operate.
Working together — Packages
A minimum of three sessions is recommended. One session can create a real shift — however, three is where patterns actually begin to reorganise. Sessions are spaced at least two weeks apart, which gives your nervous system time to integrate.
Foundation — 3 sessions
One 90-min initial session + two 60-min sessions
Best for working through one specific area — a belief, a block, a pattern that keeps showing up.
Deeper Work — 6 sessions
One 90-min initial session + five 60-min sessions.
For more layered work, or when multiple areas of life are intersecting.
Full Immersion — 10 sessions
One 90-min initial session + nine 60-min sessions.
For people ready to do sustained, committed work across multiple areas of life.
